Returns Policy Clause

1. Return of Goods

1.1 General Policy: The Supplier shall not be obligated to accept any return of Goods supplied under this Agreement unless required to do so by applicable law.

1.2 Defective Goods: In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and any other applicable legislation, the Supplier shall accept returns of Goods that are proven to be defective at the time of delivery. The Buyer must notify the Supplier of any defects within 24 Hours of receipt of the Goods.

1.3 Inspection and Notification: The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon delivery. Any claims regarding defective Goods must be submitted to the Supplier in writing including images, detailing the nature of the defect.

1.4 Remedies for Defective Goods: Upon verification of the defect by the Supplier, the Supplier shall, at its sole discretion, either: a) Replace the defective Goods with equivalent Goods; or b) Issue a refund or credit to the Buyer for the purchase price of the defective Goods.

1.5 Exclusions: The Supplier shall not accept returns for any Goods that have been altered, used, or subjected to misuse or improper handling by the Buyer.

1.6 Custom or Bespoke Orders: Goods that are custom-made or bespoke to the Buyer's specifications are non-returnable unless they are defective as per Clause 1.2.

1.7 Return Procedure: If a return is accepted under the terms of this Agreement, the Buyer shall return the Goods in their original packaging and condition, at the Buyer's expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Supplier.

1.8 Amendments: This Returns Policy may be amended by the Supplier at any time, provided that such amendments shall not affect any orders already placed by the Buyer prior to the amendment.

2. Governing Law

This Returns Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
