Shipping FAQ

1. What shipping service do you use?

We use a next day shipping service, usually we can ship same day if the order is placed before 10am, otherwise your shipment will be packaged and collected the following day. Extra large orders sent via Pallet services will be sent on a "book in" service, this is where the haulier contacts you directly once collected and arranged the delivery with you at a convenient time within 2-3 days usually.

2. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can easily track the progress of your shipment. Pallet services do not have tracking.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we can ship almost anywhere in the world. Just contact us for a quote.

5. What happens if my order is delayed?

In the rare event that your order is delayed, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate the issue and provide you with an update on the status of your shipment.
